Water/Sewer Rates

 

1. Basic service charges in each two month period per EDU (equivalent dwelling unit): 

·             Water $14 - usage: $3.50 per 1,000 gallons    

·             Sewer $19 - includes first 6,000 gallons usage,

           Over 6,000 gallons: $3.60 per 1,000 gallons

Summertime sewer usage charges are based on averaged wintertime use

 

2. New customer processing fee: $15.

 

3. Posting of Turn Off Notice (door knocker): $30 each notice.

 

4. Turn on or turn off (either for past due accounts or customer request): $25 each action.

 

5. Lien filing or satisfaction of lien filing: $40 each action.

 

6. “Non-Sufficient Funds”, “Account Closed” or any other reason causing the check maker’s check to be dishonored: $25 per check, per City of Depoe Bay Resolution #262.
